PISTAZIA LLC ("PISTAZIA," "we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information our website collects, why it is used and the choices available to you.
1. Who is responsible for your information?
PISTAZIA LLC operates this store. Our business address is 30 N Gould St # 55832, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can direct privacy correspondence to this address and check our Contact page for current contact options.
2. Information you provide
- Account information: If you register, the store records information such as your name, email address, telephone number, password in hashed form and any newsletter preference you select.
- Addresses and shopping activity: Information you save in your account, delivery or billing addresses you enter, and the products you place in your cart or save to your account.
- Correspondence: Information you choose to include when contacting us, including an order reference or photographs submitted to explain a product issue.
- Future orders: Once ordering opens, information needed to handle your purchase, such as purchased items, delivery details, order status, payment confirmation and return or refund records.
Please do not send full card numbers, card security codes, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in a message.
3. Information collected automatically
The website uses session identifiers to connect your browser with your cart and account session. Technical records may contain an IP address, requested page, date and time, browser information and error details. We use these records to operate the site, investigate faults and help protect accounts and transactions.
4. Cookies and browser storage
Our store uses cookies for shopping sessions and preferences, including the OCSESSID session cookie and language or currency preferences. Browser storage may remember a product-list display preference. These features help the website retain your selections as you move between pages.
You can control or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Blocking session cookies may prevent the cart, sign-in or other essential functions from working. The current storefront does not have advertising pixels or an analytics extension enabled.
5. How information is used
We use information to provide account and cart features, respond to requests, maintain the website and help prevent misuse. When ordering opens, we will also use relevant information to process orders, arrange delivery, handle returns, resolve payment issues and meet record-keeping obligations.
A newsletter preference does not mean a mailing service is currently active. If we introduce promotional email, we will use the permissions required by applicable law and provide a way to unsubscribe.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide services you request or perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as protecting the website where those interests do not override your rights, or obtain your consent where required. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
6. Service providers and external resources
People and service providers supporting the store may receive information needed for their role, such as technical support, delivery or payment handling. We do not currently operate an advertising-data sale or targeted-advertising sharing program.
- FedEx and UPS: Once an order is shipped, the selected carrier will receive information needed to deliver it, such as the recipient's name, address and relevant contact or shipment details. Carrier privacy practices also apply to their own services.
- Stripe: We plan to use Stripe for payments. Once enabled, Stripe will handle payment information and relevant transaction details under its own Privacy Policy. We will update this notice if the final payment setup changes the information we collect or receive.
- Google Fonts: The current theme requests a font stylesheet from Google Fonts. Loading external font resources can disclose technical request information, such as your IP address, to Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information when required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, investigate fraud or respond to a valid legal request. If ownership of the business changes, relevant records may be transferred subject to applicable privacy requirements.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining an account, handling customer requests and meeting any applicable legal or record-keeping duties. The necessary period depends on the type of record and why it is held; this policy does not promise a single fixed deletion period for all information.
We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the store's operation. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your account credentials private, use a password you do not reuse elsewhere and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Your choices and requests
You can review and update information available in your account and change your newsletter preference there. Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, or to object to or restrict certain uses.
Send a privacy request using the contact options described above. We may need information to verify that the request relates to you. We will respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any legal reason that prevents us from fully completing a request. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant privacy authority.
9. International visitors and children
PISTAZIA LLC is a United States business with plans to serve customers worldwide. Depending on the services used, information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Applicable data-protection requirements will need to be reflected in the services made available to each destination.
This store is intended for a general adult shopping audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Updates to this policy
We will update this policy when relevant store features or information practices change, including before activating payment or additional tracking services. The date above shows the most recent revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for a material change.
