These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using the PISTAZIA website and purchasing products from PISTAZIA LLC ("PISTAZIA," "we," "us" or "our"). Please read them together with our Shipping & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. About PISTAZIA
The store is operated by PISTAZIA LLC, 30 N Gould St # 55832, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Current contact details are available on our Contact page. This business address should not be used for product returns unless we provide it in your return instructions.
2. Using the website
Please use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. If you create an account, keep your login details private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. Purchases must be made by someone legally able to enter into a contract, or with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.
You must not use the store for fraud, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person's account or copy its content for unauthorized commercial use.
3. Product descriptions and photographs
We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Wood grain, finish and appearance may vary between individual pieces, and screen settings can affect how colors appear. These variations do not remove your rights if an item is defective, damaged or materially different from its description.
Please read the description of the specific product you are buying. Props or incense sticks pictured in a photograph are not automatically included; included accessories and any promotional offer must be expressly stated in the listing. A photograph alone does not establish a free-gift offer.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase amount. Product prices and any taxes collected by us will be shown before you confirm payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges if you pay using a different currency.
We plan to offer payments through Stripe. The payment methods actually available will be displayed at checkout once it opens. We do not currently accept payments through this website.
We may update prices for future orders. A later price change does not change the agreed price of an accepted order. If we discover a material pricing or listing error affecting an order, we will explain the issue and seek your agreement to a correction or cancel and refund the affected purchase, rather than charge a different amount without your consent.
5. Orders and availability
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock or complete a purchase. When ordering opens, an acknowledgment will confirm that we received your order; acceptance will be confirmed when we notify you that it has shipped. If we cannot fulfill an order because of availability, a payment issue or a delivery restriction, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the unfulfilled purchase.
6. Shipping, cancellations and returns
We offer free worldwide shipping where carrier services and applicable restrictions permit, using FedEx or UPS expedited services. We dispatch orders no later than two business days after payment is confirmed. Transit time is separate from dispatch time.
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. We cover return-shipping costs when the return results from our error, including an incorrect, defective or damaged item. 7. Product care and safe use
Follow the instructions supplied with your product and incense. Use incense on a stable, heat-resistant surface in a ventilated space, away from flammable materials. Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep incense, lighters and hot components away from children and pets, and allow components to cool before handling or cleaning them.
Our products are home accessories. We do not make medical or therapeutic claims about them.
8. Content and third-party services
The PISTAZIA name, website text, photographs and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners. You may view the website for personal shopping purposes; other uses may require permission.
External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are responsible for our own obligations to you, but do not control the content of independent third-party websites.
9. Your rights and resolving concerns
Please contact us if there is a problem with an order so that we can work toward a resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the store develops. The version applicable when an order is placed governs that order, unless a change is required by law or separately agreed with you. The date above identifies the most recent update.
